Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms:
   a. By accessing or using the services provided by Sri Lanka Haiku Association, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Membership:
   a. To become a member of Sri Lanka Haiku Association, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
   b. Membership is open to individuals who share an interest in haiku poetry and agree to abide by the society's guidelines.
3. Code of Conduct:
   a. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards other members and the community.
   b. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
4. Privacy Policy:
   a. Sri Lanka Haiku Association respects your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
5. Content Submission:
   a. Members are encouraged to share haiku poetry, thoughts, and relevant content in a positive and constructive manner.
   b. All submitted content must be original, and members should respect copyright laws.
6. Moderation:
   a. Sri Lanka Haiku Association reserves the right to moderate and remove any content that violates these terms and conditions or community guidelines.
   b. The society may suspend or terminate the membership of any individual who repeatedly violates the rules.
7. Intellectual Property:
   a. Members retain ownership of their original haiku creations. By submitting content, members grant Sri Lanka Haiku Association a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content.
8. Termination:
   a. Membership can be terminated at the discretion of Sri Lanka Haiku Association for violation of terms, inappropriate conduct, or any other reason deemed necessary.
9. Amendments:
   a. Sri Lanka Haiku Association reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.
